Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
If LAGO isn’t quite the perfect fit, you can initiate a return within 14 days from the date you received it for a full refund. If you decide to return it between 15 to 30 days after receipt, we'll offer you store credit instead.
Please note: For a successful return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Items that don’t meet these criteria may face a return rejection or a restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
Returns: You will need to cover the return shipping costs unless the product arrived flawed or damaged.
Product Defects: Encounter a defect? Send us a video showing the problem. If it’s a verified defect, we'll take care of the return shipping costs for a return or exchange.
Refunds & Store Credit
We'll issue refunds to the original payment method for returns within the 14-day period. For returns made after this period and up to 30 days, store credit will be provided.
International Returns & Exchanges
Our international friends receive the same return privileges as our domestic customers, but please note that LAGO cannot cover international shipping costs.

Processing Time
